  • Delivery location (distance from Nairobi or your dispatch centre)

Final shipping fees are confirmed at checkout or invoiced after order confirmation. For bulk orders, we offer custom quotes.

Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery:
  • Nairobi: Same-day or next-day delivery
  • Other major towns: 1–2 business days
  • Remote locations: 2–4 business days (depending on accessibility)

You will receive an SMS/call from Hail Rider once your parcel is out for delivery or ready for pickup.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking and Updates

  • Once dispatched, we will send you your tracking information and expected delivery date.
  • You can also call our office for delivery status updates.

Delivery Options

We offer two main delivery methods:

  • Door-to-Door Delivery: Direct to your home, office, or site
  • Pickup at courier Station: For areas with limited door delivery coverage or faster access

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged item:

  1. Notify the rider immediately and note the damage on the delivery form.
  2. Contact us within 24 hours with photos and your order details.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on our Return Policy.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • International locations (unless previously arranged)
