Refunds and Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unused items within [15/30] days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • Must be in original packaging, with all manuals, accessories, and documentation included
  • Must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation)
  • Return must be authorized in advance via email or phone

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-built or special-order products
  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Items not in original packaging or missing components
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable”
  • Electrical components that have been opened or tampered with (for safety reasons)

 

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at [Your Email Address] or [Your Phone Number] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.
  3. Package the item securely and include the RMA number.
  4. Ship the item to:

Note: Unauthorized returns or those received without an RMA may be rejected.

 

Restocking Fee

A [10–25] % restocking fee may apply to eligible returns, depending on the product type and condition upon return. Custom orders may incur a higher restocking fee or be non-refundable.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

 

Exchanges
